I use 100% handmade jewelry technology as in Ancient Empires: my art forging with a few hammers, manual cutting, and sawing, and manual welding for gold. Thickness always does more weight because of the external diameter of the bracelet. 
Weight is 104g for size 7 inches of inner length. Weight is bigger with the larger size.
