Shipping policy

FREE Shipping is via DHL Express with Tracking Number and DHL's Insurance.
We send parcels from Latvia on 10-11 Business days after payment (usually). If the buyer wants the shipping later, we can send the parcel later.
10-11 Business days before shipping includes: handmade jewelry making, 2 business days for Latvian state hallmark and their weight in papers of The Assay Office of Latvia, 1 business day for parcel's packaging and shipping via DHL Express.

Public Holidays and National Holidays with Weekends are NOT included in the time before shipping. The Assay Office of Latvia is Latvian state organization - they do not work during Public Holidays with weekends.

Usually DHL Express delivers parcels:
in 2 business days in Europe, and the United Kingdom.
In 3-6 business days to the USA, and Canada (it depends on the buyer's address destination)
in 4-7 business days to Australia, New Zealand.
in 4-6 business days to OAE, Japan, Hong Kong, and Asia.

Exception of countries for Shipping: We DO NOT send parcels to Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, or North Korea.

During big Holidays, and if the buyer's address is far away - then the time for DHL's delivery can be longer, please wait parcel. And if the shipping address is far - then sometimes DHL Express works with the local parcel delivery service with all tracking information.
Also, DHL Express Latvia is very helpful, please send an email if you have questions about DHL shipping in your country, and we via DHL Express will help with questions about the parcel.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are required to pay any customs and import taxes that may apply in the buyer's country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Customs Duties and Taxes on import parcels in the buyer's country are NOT Included In Prices.

Airmail international shipping is Free via DHL Express.
Full Insurance is the Gift, it is a very good additional Discount in our shop.
