All gold jewelry always has the LATVIAN STATE HALLMARK of The Assay Office of Latvia: 999 for 24k gold and 916 for 22k gold. WEIGHT is made in The Assay Office of Latvia with their papers (in parcels).In my country, and in all countries of the EU, jewellers must make hallmarks in official state Assay Offices. According to Latvian laws, jewelers cannot make hallmarks by themselves.All gold jewelry is required to have expertise in The Assay Office of Latvia, which is the Latvian state organization.
I always use 9999 Swiss gold  (investment 9999 gold coins & bars) without any other metals. I connect 24k gold parts with pieces of pure gold using my unique artistic hot-flame welding process. This is art from Ancient EmpiresI never use 22k solders for 24k gold jewelry. But other jewelers typically use 22k gold solders to connect parts. If I join parts of 24k gold jewelry with 22k gold solder - then The Assay Office of Latvia will make 916 Latvian state hallmark instead of 999
