We DO NOT accept returns with refunds, we accept Only Exchanges due to the reasons that this shop is for Custom Handmade Hammered gold jewelry. All gold jewelry in this shop is CUSTOM! All hammered gold jewelry is Made-to-Order always. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange.

I create unique handmade custom hammered gold jewelry in my small jewelry studio. I am not a big jewelry store with items from a jewelry factory. I do not offer cash refunds, But if you have any problems with the fit, size, please email me and I will be glad to re-work your piece of gold jewelry. I guarantee the best quality of each item of my fine gold jewelry. You can ship the jewelry back to me with my instructions for the shipping, I will make the changes. (NOTE: This does NOT include additional gold to make a piece larger if you misordered, but I’ll still help you. If you want to redesign a piece of jewelry after you receive it, it doesn’t include extra gold or production expenses for new gold jewelry, but I am still here to help you)

To be eligible for an Exchange, your jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with papers from The Assay Office of Latvia about hallmark and weight, and in its original packaging.

Please send the parcel within 14 days. (with all our instructions)

You will receive Instructions and a Price for the Exchange. If you do not follow all instructions - then an Exchange will not be available.

You will need to pay a new order for the exchange. New order for Exchange includes: Shipping via DHL Express 2 times (From you and To you), Insurance of DHL Express, Latvian taxes on import parcels from outside the European Union ( VAT tax is 21% in my country on import parcels), 10% for my work and some production expenses. After I receive the parcel: gold jewelry will be given to Latvian state experts for hallmark and weight in the Assay Office of Latvia (it is the Latvian state organization). All gold jewelry is with hallmarks of The Assay Office of Latvia, and weight is in its papers.

Please note that the Parcel for the exchange CANNOT be sent to the address that was written on the parcel which was delivered to you by DHL Express.

To begin the Exchange you are required to pay a new order for the Exchange. For new hammered gold jewelry in the Exchange: it needs a lot of creative work with art forging and much time - 3-4 weeks before shipping from me.

Damages and issues.
Parcels are with additional plastic boxes and a lot of bubble wrap. We always make good packaging very well for safe delivery of gold jewelry. All shipping is with Tracking Numbers of DHL Express, and DHL's Insurance is a Gift for buyers.

Please inspect your parcel upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or stolen during DHL Express Shipping to your address. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please wait until DHL Express gives money for the parcel's Insurance. I can create new beautiful hammered gold jewelry again and send you a parcel with Insurance via DHL Express again.

Refunds
We do not accept Refunds because each piece of hammered gold jewelry is 100% Handmade with art forging. All gold jewelry, and silver decorative items in this shop is CUSTOM, Made-to-Order. We can accept a Full Refund only After  DHL Express gives Insurance (after DHL's investigation) if the parcel is stolen or damaged during DHL's Shipping, and if the buyer does not want new (the same or another) hammered gold jewelry or silver decorative items. Please agree to DHL's Insurance in full amount with the Declared Value of the parcel. 

Worldwide prices of 24k gold became much bigger in worldwide stock markets. I can create one more time beautiful unique hammered gold jewelry for you after DHL Express gives Full Insurance payment after DHL's investigation.
